Female diet was created by wowsnake
Hey

My girlfriend is looking to start a good fat-loss diet. She asked my advice but to be honest i'm not quite sure on the differences between male and female diets. Can you guys give me any basic tips? I presume its a similar story but with a lower amount of protein as she will just be doing cardio.

well thats the first problem...cardio is not the best way for fat loss...weight training with cardio is a winner... u gotta realise that putting on muscle firstly will make your body more efficient but also look at this. a woman with that weights 55kgs and has 5.5kgs body fat which means she is at 10% bf. but if u add on muscle mass then look what happens 56kgs at which 5.5kgs is fat = 9.8%body fat...she has increase weight but body fat has dropped. but if she was to keep the same fat mass of 5.5kgs and drop a kg from muscle loss she will be 10.18% bf. but she has dropped weight but has gotten fatter?...the idea is to keep the muscle mass and get rid of the fat.

so a womens diet should not be any different from a mans diet just the quantities must be different...

women can train just like men and should train jst like men...its up to genetics which makes the muscle look the way it does...more muscle mean more increased metabolism.. you can email me to draw your a diet for your mrs but i do charge and the diets do work...i have muscle-ups lady on a diet and she is down 0.8kgs in a week and she actually is eating more food than before but her work outs have become more intense which means that she will burn up more fuel to loose weight...and she is no longer starving...
