Diet Sheet (Very Helpfull)

My good friend Kevin works for ISS research in the US! They make the Oh yeah Bar's.
He put this together so it is in ounces so just convert the serving sizes to grams.

It is fully functional if you highlight a food group on the left you can select differant items in the drop down boxes you can adjust the number of servings and it will recalculate your total meal values for that day! you will notice on the right it will tell you your total Protien fat crbs etc...

Just mess around with it.

awesome bro,but i have a question... bro someone might tell me a banana has 200calories...but is the banana 10cm long or 20cm long,does it weight 300g or 100g,not everthing is the same...and averages dont work... weighing your food is always best

it is all calculated by weight! If u look again there is a serving size column in there but it is in ounces. Just convert it to grams! i also see that its in cups and stuff,each to their own bro,i like using local foods nutritional information cos to be honest i think south african food quality is superior to USA.i've been there and had a steak in the us and well it doesnt taste as good and as nutrient rich as sa beef...

I do agree with you as far as taste goes! However I moved to the states when I was 16 and when I got there I thought everything tasted like crap, now I have come back to SA after 16 years and only after 3 months am I getting used to the taste of the food here!

Just some food for thought! In the USA they still use Finaplex and Synovec H growth implants in there beef approx 63 days before they they are slaughtered to make them gain wheight! the main ingrediant in these implants are 200mg trenbolone acetate! I dont know about you but these are T-Bone's I would'nt complain about eating.
