I like to train with an empty stomach in the morning although I dont do weights in the mornings now.. You should add some eggs in that breakfast no artificial protein can compare to proper food. Then have your shake in between

I would say your whey and suppliments (what ever you taking)

After training oats 5 egg whites and you multi vits

Never fraternize with them as equals, never accept them as your social equals or they will devour you, they will destroy you.

If its cardio only, then no food, just glutamine and BCAA's.
If its weights, then I would have a whey and carb drink preworkout as well as a peri-workout drink with amino's and carbs. Post workout can be oats and egg whites or whey. The rest of the day should be solid meals as much as possible.

You dont want to lift weight in a fasted state....extreme muscle loss!!!!

If you're doin weights and cardio, have the whey and carbs and do the muscle traing before you do the cardio so that you dont go catabolic

bro load your carbs before u train, grind up oats, about 100g and throw it in with your whey... have a carb drink 15mins before u train and during your training, those carbs will help u with your training to push heavier weights.

This is a bit off topic but DJ you would supprized at how many guys e-mailed me or ask me in the gym how do I get my oats and whey and my babana all mixed up and drinkable. One oke even said it takes to long with a fork!

I was very tempted to post a pic with a Game blender for R110. Its a must if you wanna get all that down. No offense to anyone that do not have one but I do suggest you make it an investment....so much easier
