Simple Carbs was created by Showtime
Tried getting hold of some dextrose powder, seems like I cant find it anywhere. Can anyone give me some information on where to get hold of it? Any ideas for other conveniant simple carbs? (eg honey..you know) :)

How about powerade, if u want it for the insulin spike that is. R15 (L) at pick n pay and 100 mls has forty carb so its not bad if its for spiking insulin. R1.50 a spike

dirk funny enough vitargo isnt a simple,its complex carb that doesnt cause a insulin spike,its got a low molecular weight so it get pulled through the gut quickly like a simple but gives u the benefits of a complex carb as it doesnt induce an insulin spike.same with waxy maize starch.

Simple carbs are obviously usefull post work out - for the insulin spike, filling the glycogen stores in the muscle but most importantly it drags protein with it into the muscle.
When taking rapid acting insulin post work out (best way to get the insulin spike :) ) How many simple carbs in grams per kg of bodyweight do you need to consume?
Simply just 10-15grams per unit of insulin?

showtime, use 10g as a base before u start using slin,so 10g,then for 1 iu use 20g,for 2 iu use 30g etc...u dont wanna fuck out..your slin protocol needs to be very very strict...
