I am a walking fart machine from al the protein I'm consuming. It is fuckin embarrasing. I have tried the following - Bicarb Soda, Enos, Spasmo Caps, Pankreoflat.....nothing helps. I am currently taking Nutriflora 4 at 1 capsule 3 times a day and the gas is definitely less.
Hope it will work for you as well.

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

Maybe if I cut the cottage cheese out it will help.

Or Wheatgrass?

Acid, cutting out cottage cheese won't help. The products that make me fart furiously is WPC, tuna and egg whites.

My problem must be all the chicken or the sauce I use. ( from steers contains alot of potassium )

I remember when I was eating large amounts of spinach I was even worse. Maybe its the broccoli with me?

I will try some Wheatgrass and see if it helps. There must be something that can help.

Funny enough, when I followed a strictly no carb ( Dipasquale's anabolic diet), I had zero gas. Even now if I have a high fat, high protein meal, my stomach is ALOT happier than if I ingest protein plus a carb source.

Generally speaking, if a food does make you bloated, or pass excessive amounts of gas, then that could also be a food intollerance, in which case, you should try swapping out the food for a week and re-assess.
