Im sure this question must be asked on numerous occasions. I am currently in the middle of a bulking cycle using sustanon, testen300, test cyp250 and drostanolone (the latter was a gift of a half a bottle so added to the mix). next up is tren enanthate and turinabol. now i know bulking and fat loss dont quite mix at all but would like some advice. due to shoulder injury i was out of commission for 4 months. in this time a gained a little fat. call a spade a spade. currently i am having 6-7 meals a day consisting of lean meats, eggs, rice, pasta, potatoes and greens also mrp shakes and whey protein. also an over the counter thermogetic. the problem is im not happy with the reduction to date. what cardio should i add to the mix as i dont have a stationary cycle and i detest jogging, besides that i believe jogging isnt that great after all. stats: 1.83m 117kg approx 12% BF. any inputs?
