Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone can supply me via email or this site a diet for my body stats.
I am 92kg's pretty lean, but not as ripped, a tiny bit of fat on lower abs, and the famouse little sneaky wings but barely visable! (so i like to think) my BF is round 12 %
If anyone has a diet to bulk while getting in the right amount of calories whilst burning that fat (if possible, im sure it is though) so basically picking up 5kgs of lean muscle on a good 8 week course would be ideal!
Anyone got anything it would be much appreciated.
