I am really on a tight budget and really want to get ripped to like 6 or 7% bodyfat. My parents won't support me with the right food so I have to buy it myself. I need a cheap way to get ripped. Please help.

Think it was Mike007 who once replied to the question "What is the best stack for cutting" on another forum:

7 treadmills stacked on top of each other!

I nearly killed myself laughing.
And i think thats your answer to this Q as well.

IMO it's a lot easier to cut on a budget than to bulk on a budget.

You'll need good quality proteins (chicken breasts, fish), carbs (oats, brown rice) and fats (peanut butter, flax seed oil, omega3 & 6)
Use very little supplements (shakes), skip on the fat burners and do lots of cardio.
When I cut my aim is to drop 500g a week and if I can do it narurally then I stay away from fat burners.

How much cardio do you recommend and how frequently? HIIT or steady state?
The problem is if I for example have R500. I buy myself the food which last a week or 2. Then I don't have anymore money, so then the diet stops. I have the will power, just don't have the money.

If with R500 you buy food for 1-2 weeks what do you eat for the other 2 weeks of the month ?

IMO you should do 3-4 cardio sessions a week, I prefer HIIT.
You'll also need to carry on doing the weights.

Ok, so I'm sure you have chicken, meat & fish in the house ?
Brown / basmati rice ? You young so you may get away using white rice but rice is cheap and lasts long.
Oats ?
Veg ?

Can't you use what's at home but just prepare it yourself, leaving out all the fats.
It's not always about the ingrediants but how the food is prepared.
If you eat brown rice but pile on the gravy you'll be defeting the object.

It's a bit difficult. It's still a lot of money even if I'm not paying for it. I don't think my parents would allow me to take steaks and chicken out of the fridge everyday. I mean it's only like once a week we will say eat chicken or braai some meat. Usually what my mom makes.
M- Curry and rice
T- Minute steak and mash
W- Leftovers
T- Egg and toast
F- Braai
