Whay size eggs do you use in your diet ?
Reason why I am asking is cause I bought so called "large" or "jumbo"
sized eggs in the past and well... they were prob the smallest eggs I have seen.
Which means you obviously not receiving the same amount o f proteins as you bigger eggs.
I bought some +67g eggs, so does this mean I can eat less eggs (as there is more protein per egg)
E.g. I was eating 12 eggs per day of the normal size eggs. 6 morning / 6 evening
So could I reduce the eggs to say 4 morning / 4 evening ?
Know one ever actually says what egg size you should eat? (according to diet)
Jumbo: Minimum weight of 30 oz. per dozen eggs. Each egg weighs approximately 2.5 oz. ( 70 gram )
