hey Beesting, been doing a bit of reading and just wanted to run this by you, hope you don't mind
my diet will consist of around 50g carbs /day, 300g protein and 160g fat, giving me a daily calorie count of around 2850.
is this alright?

Just curious, do you have sticks to measure that you were back in keto or did you just go by feeling?i did this all in 2 hours and the next day i was back in ketosis, i didnt feel any different...
