due to religious reasons i wont be consuming any meat for abt 10 days.strictly veggie.

the only veggie stuff i know high in protein is cottage cheese but it gets heavy eating cottage cheese 6 times a day.i would like to know if anyone else is familiar with soybeans and any other high protein vegetables

im on a get lean diet

Tofu is pretty high in protein, but be careful of the fat as well as the phytoestrogens if you aren't taking anything to deplete oestrogen levels

Am putting in sum Woolworths low fat cheese for 100g, you get 34g Protein and 10g fat

ummm dude then u are getting the highest protein content [per 100g i've ever seen, cottage cheese per 100g is 14g protein and 4g carbs u've probably gotten the nutrient values of the whole tub

Its Woolies Slimmers cheese, and stats quoted are per 100g...NO error on my part

Just bought some Clover low fat cheese from PnPay which has about 33g Protein and 12g Fat per 100g serving

sorry i misread there,i thought u said cottage cheese not normal cheese,my bad on that part...
