hi who of you take a lot of all natural peanut butter (what brand) how many do u take

doc how important do u think it is to take in healty fats or natural peanut butter,do u take in any natural peanut butter,or ess. fats, and how many??

Love that stuff- Black cat chuncky is the way forward!!! The secret to getting through a bowl of raw oats and skimmed milk-mmmmmm cant wait for breakfast- actualy the caf at our work makes french toast with chrees and jam- the woman got concerned the other morning when I ordered 8 slices-lol im such a pig when i dont diet- my wife actually asked me when Im going on cycle again cos im getting duk-lol gotta love her

Woolies makes a nice sugar free peanut butter and black cat makes a salt and sugar free one, both have yellow lids and labels. Very cool and try that maybe, but have agree with MxT here, that crunchy one is a real killer and once you get started ..... Crunchy peanut butter on low gi rye bread, damn that's nice, some honey in there and we are off. EFA's are really important and should be incorporated into your diet defeinately. My main sources are, nuts, avo, flax seed oil etc. i really get those up there when I am on var as that just eats all fat and doesn't care if it's good or bad fat.

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.

Mix a tablespoon of natural PB with some chocolate flavoured whey - that's just about the best tasting shake I've ever had. You can even try Macadamia nut butter - tastes even better than the peanut butter.

isint the peanut butter from whoolies hydrogenated veg oil, coz it is stiff, when it is like liquid oil on top then its natural pb, the hydrogenated oil is juz as unhealthy as saturated fat!!!

thats like no sugar loads of bad fat!!??
