I have also searched for his diets, found fuck all. If I remember correctly he said he burned up 8 000 - 10 000 calories per day.

If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.

I'll ask my uncle when I see him again. He should have a very good idea as Arnold and the gang trained at their gym back in 1976 for the Olympia and they were good friends of Mike Katz.

Most bodybuilders back then dieted down for a contest using something called the ''meat and eggs'' diet, popularised by Vince Gironda. It's basically just a keto with a carb-up every 4-5 days.

Never feel sorry for yourself... Even if you're training hard, he might be training twice as hard. You just gotta keep coming back stronger.

I have his book at home (the modern bodybuilding encyclopedia)
but I doubt the meals stated there were his own even though that was his claim.
big breakfast, lunch and supper with a shake in between each.
I'll post the exact foods and amounts 2morrow

Train harder than the guy next to you and one day, no-one will be able to touch you
