Can I please have some views on my diet please? Is it any good?

6H00 -75 mg Oats Cinnamon & Honey for flavor
5 egg white’s 50mg Whey Protein 10mg Creatine shake in water
9H00 -100mg Chicken breast or 100mg Fish, 100mg Paste or Basmati Rice or Brown Rice.
12H00 - 250ml low fat yogurt, 100mg Fruit and sugar free muesli 10mg Creatine and 25 mg Whey Protein
15H00 - 215mg Lucky Star Pilchards drained from the Tomato sauce, 100mg Pasta or basmati rice or Brown rice
18H00 - Pre workout meal – 5 egg whites 50mg Whey Protein 10mg creatine 5mg BCAA shake in water, One banana and one apple
Post work out meal – 50mg Whey Protein 5mg BCAA shake in water
20H00 – 100mg Chicken breast or 100mg fish, 150 mg mixed veg or broccoli
21H00 – 15 mg GABA in a sugar free juice

All foods weights are uncooked and clean.

Weight 85kg, 1.73m tall 19 % body fat
Goal. To gain lean mass.

bud i must just say at that level of body fat your body is going to store surplus calories in the fat cells not in the muscle,i would cut your carbs back, change your 12 o'clock meal cos yoghurt museli and whey is not a good idea... also 100g of chicken is bugger all dude, u need to up that to 200g of chicken per meal. u need to cut back on carbs,up protein and up essential fats.

good suggestion...

cut carbs by nearlly half and raise protein, also I think you having to much fruit and at the wrong times of day... also you taking in no carbs after your workout, you need something fast acting to help with the 'intense' workout you just had... if you wanting to use a high protein low carb, then 50grams of protein post workout will not be enough as your body will be using allot of that protein for 'fuel', hence the reason to add a carb to this part of your meal.

wat is wrong with yogurt, muesli and whey? i eat that in the morning is that bad??

Oh no, the way u worded it i thort u meant u should not be eating it and taking whey at the same time, im just saying that i take whey protein in the morning after breakfast which is usually muesli and yoghurt.

dude i have whey 7 times a day,i have mine with oats not muesli,i think oats is a better thing to eat than muesli...

i see, i have only 4-5times a day, i also eat oats, i kinda mix it up like one muesli, one day oats, one day just fruit etc.. i tend to get over eating the same thing daily it just becomes tedious and soon im struggling to swallow the stuff cuz i cant take it anymore..
