Nothing exceeds but excess:
A LITTLE low fat mayo or dressing to help you get down your valuable protein should be fine;) especially if you balls to the wall in gym it becomes insignificant!

With chicken I use some low sodium soya sauce and spices without salt... garlic and cayene pepper makes it taste a bit better to me... I also prefer using a George Foreman Grill, seems to make the chicken a little less dry. I try eat it with green Salad which also helps me get it down...

tuna and egg whites.... I hate it, facing two cans of tuna are my worst dieting days and egg whites make me gag, I just force it down.

Is it ok to make omlettes or scrambled eggs with the whites. I cant do boiled either. What about tomatoe sauce?

no prb with scrambled eggs, use spray and cook though if you can...

guess it all depends what you trying to do.... check the label and work out how much you using to factor it into your diet. I don't use tomato sauce I think its quite high GI due to the added sugar but potentialy I'm just being anal and its so little you can get away with it.....

<edit> sorry meant omeletes

TS is loaded with anti-oxidants...good for you. B) Just watch the added sugar and salt that the manufacturers add...try find one with low additive content..

Egg whites are fine for omlettes.. ;)

Mixed herbs
Spices
tea spoon low fat Mayo (I try make sure its below 15g fat per 100g)
Soy sauce
Balsamic Vinegar
lemon juice
Mrs Balls and Tom sauce ---> think you can get sugar free for both condiments.

I normally use mixed herbs and spices with my chicken. boiled eggs just but normal good old salt on it. Then i can stand tuna or fish so i get a small potato and mush it all together add some herbs with a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce. I know there added sugar but I'm not dieting for no comp, so just make my food is a bit more enjoyable.

For me I buy any one of the Nando's sauces.

Best priced and taste by far. A few drops of tabasco works as well.

Master foods mustards are low in carb and fat (pretty much zero g of either per 5g) and if you get the extra hot english mustard from master foods I guarantee you that you wont use a lot
