Hey guys

does anyone actually know if coke zero actually has zero calories...im addicte4d to the stuff when im dieting and prob go through 2l a day!!! honestly tastes like heaven in comparison to the chicken....so just wondering if coke zero, coke light etc.are ok on a diet????

I try stay away from CZ...rather have water. I send enough through my system without adding the unpronouncable stuff contained in CZ :laugh:

im guilty as charged also,i love the burning sensation in my throat that it gives me,and the huge burp:silly: I still think they talking shit when they say it tastes just like regular coke.

I don't think there is to much wrong with Coke Zero accept for the aspartame.

Well i have been doing well these last couple of weeks, but had a very bad relapse last night... I will have to check into rehab again as i cannot stand the withdraws!!!

Sorry about that. What I meant is that I eat very clean and with this kind of diet I have gotten very lean and hard. Now for instance when eating high carbs does the coke light also make you retain water and smooth out that hard look(make your muscles look blurry). I would love to be able to drink this every day but not to the detriment of what my physique looks like. What is your experience? Just a question I thought of when reading this thread.

I honestly wouldn't know, I pretty much drink it eveyday so if it's changing my physique I wouldn't even notice. I dont see why it would change it though. It contains caffeine which is a diuretic so it shouldn't make your body retain water
