Toss the banana, swop the white basmati for brown.Judging from your diet, you are taking in more than 300g/day of protein. You need around 220-250g/day.Also add in more complex carbs.

1 - Full cream milk is too rich in fat,go for the fat-free variant

2 - If you want to stay lean and bulk at the same time, add in about 2 x 30min sessions of cardio, also depends on what your weightlifting routine is.

Leave the juice out till you can fix your diet.A 5-6 week cycle of test is a waste,10 weeks minimum.

Milk isnt such a good idea, I personally dont touch any milk or cheese. Full of bacteria, puss, germs etc etc. Our bodies just dont know how to process dairy and seeing that we are the only species that drinks another species milk, it really isnt a good idea to drink that much milk.

I would rather suggest a cheap alternative being eggs...

have a look at www.milksucks.com

sorry, ranting a bit here about Milk.

Bro, honestly, keep the AAS until you are a bit older. I know all your mates are probably taking AAS, but your bodies natural Test production is at an all time high, so make the most of it while you can.

Keep your cardio to say 3 times a week, 20 minutes on a bike at a moderate pace (120 beats per minute HR)

Good luck bud...

Look at replacing the bread with brown rice... move the anabolic shake to post workout. Full cream milk could be good on a different type of diet concept I want really mix up all that fat with the other carbs in your diet. As dj stated you will need to add some good fats - Flax seed oil ,olive oil and fish oil or all good sources. To gain size will need to work out your calorie maintenance level and add about another 500 calories to gain.

What are you on about...if milk and cheese contained pathogens we would all be dead right now or suffering from severe sides. Milk is pasteurised so all pathogens are killed and cheese is produced under controlled fermentation conditions. You are worried about germs...well they are every where and there is just nothing you can do about it except evolve with them and practice hygiene

I agree with bee, we evolve, we trying to keep away from germs and letting our bodies build up immunities to em! Milk has been around since forever, surely cant be that bad! Drinking milk will surely help you bulk up!

What were the previous cycles and pct?

Kinda young to be on your third cycle. Careful, you don't want to end up on TRT at 32.

guys, clearly ignorance is bliss...dairy is bad for you, period.

Bash me all you want, our bodies werent designed to utilise milk...it causes major mucus build up, how about reading a bit about the dangers of dairy instead of following what we as a society have been brain washed into believing???

And when I mean reading, go to a reputable Website, not just any crap that we might read on the Internet...

Oh wait, I suppose you think aspartame is good for you as well.

Dont you think if you are using AAS, you should be taking EXTRA care of your body?

Some food for thought.

Dude, no one is bashing u so take a chill pill. Yes some people struggle to digest dairy as they lack the enzymes required but not everyone. But honestly if dairy was so bad for you then some of us never would have evolved to metabolize dairy. I think you're the one who has been brainwashed into believing that dairy is so deadly. And I was on the point that germs are everywhere in life, not just in dairy, but I bet you are one of those that have been brainwashed into using dettol containing soaps etc that kill off all the billions of bacteriums living on your skin, including the natural flora that actually prevent the pathogenic ones from causing all sorts of problems
