So you train at 6:15 in the morn so I assume you have the banana and whey before your workout? Try substituting the banana for a lower Gi carb as you eat your first meal one hour before you workout. You say you train cardio 3x a wk as well as weights so there must be some days that you are only doing cardio, am I right? If so then on these days do the cardio on an empty stomach. You also eat frozen carrots which are very high in carb, maybe substitute these for a lower gi carb or replace the carrots with low carb veggies as the beans contain carb. Take out the lean mince, its not as lean as you think it is and add chicken breasts insteadHi Guys
Please can you look at my diet and give some advice please? Also look at the supplements I use? I'm battling to lose weight around my middle. I weight 80kg and my bodyfat is around 18%. I train at 6:15 AM. 3 x weights and 3 x cardio (20 minute treadmill at different intensity levels).
I have included an actual day's menu and most days are similar to this.
