New diet

i am doing my best to strip b/f over the next few weeks (thanks djeasye for the palumbo recomendation) , my plan after was to switch to this as a bulking cycle. i would like to remain lean as possible but without sacrificing muscle gains)

7am - 2 whole eggs 6 egg whites / bowl oats
10am - 200g tuna with olive oil
1pm - 200g chciken breasts with cup brown rice and veges 1 table spoon peanut butter
4pm - protien shake with mac oil
530pm - pre workout - half pro shake and banana
7pm - post workout shake 50g pro 50 carbs
8.30pm - 200g steak , 1 medium sweet potato veges 1 table spoon peanut butter
before bed - protien shake with mac oil

when coming off the pulambo diet, keep the same meals but add in 30-50g of carbs for the first 4 meal and simple carbs with whey post work out.. keep the fats high

thanks, and then that becomes the "bulk" diet from then on out ? again, that sounds very managable

please excuse the question guys, but isn't that a little too much carbs for a keto diet?
from my (very limited) knowledge, carbs should be kept to under 20g/day?

Train harder than the guy next to you and one day, no-one will be able to touch you

when bulking u need carbs so it wont be a keto bulk it will be a moderate carb and fat bulk... u can get away with 40g of carbs a day on keto....

if i add carbs to 4 meals at 30-50 grams per meal that puts me in the 200-250g with pw per day ?

this is for bulking,u cant put on size without carbs...you wont get full muscle contraction...for cutting less than 40g of carbs(indirect sources like nuts are ok) but if u are bulking u need some more carbs
