Guys I am wondering if I can run Keto / Palumbo for about 4 weeks while I am natty, then start my cycle on it as I increase my carbs and convert to my normal bulking diet.
I am asking for a lot of reasons. I am trying to shed a few more pounds before I start my cycle, and have been having some digestive problems that I want to see if Keto might help. BUT I have to start my cycle Jan 1st due to other things, holidays, and so on. So is it ok. If so how will i go from Keto with so high protien / small carbs / high fat to a normal 45/35/25 bulking diet that I use.
