Hey All :)

Im 3 weeks and 3 days into my keto diet, put together for me by the squirrel man ..

Ive lost 6kgs so far and 4% body fat so things are going well.

I do my cardio almost every day for 30 minutes on low intensity and from monday will be including liquid clen and reverject into my cycle

Im already on 100mg test prop EOD and 30mg LP stanazol caps ED

I stay strict on my diet and weigh EVERYTHING I eat.

Im loving the energy from the diet.

My questions ....


1) Would a cup of filtered coffee throw me off keitosis? ( I only drink coke zero and water at the moment )

2) I really want to increase my test so Im thinking of including 1ml of sus twice a week along with some proviron. Would this be a good idea? I have 6 weeks left to run the test.
Ive been on high doses of testoviron before and was fine - I love test ;)

3) Whats the best way to cycle the clen and reverject to optimize results?

no it wont if u are having it with out the milk,black is fine with sweetner :)

adding in sust might take a long time to kick in u could just double your test prop dose.

3) Whats the best way to cycle the clen and reverject optimize results?

well they are both fat burners that are not directly stimulants such as an eca stack would be so it will keep cortizol levels low with adding in some fat burning benefits... u will be fine :)

@ djeasye: The diets that you provide, do you give specific ingredients that we can eat (grocery list) along with the macro totals?
And do I get support, if I have more questions / problems after I received the diet?

to an extent bro,i will give u the daily meal plan u can work out how much of each thing u will need but i do keep it simple,3 -4 shake meals (whey and WMS) and 3-4 solid meals (eggs,oats,chicken,rice,potato wholewheat pasta,sweet potato steak and fish/tuna)

i also follow it with u for a couple weeks making adjustments and trying different things depending on your progress,u can send me photos every 2-3weeks so i can see progress and can adjust...

If one runs a Keto diet how long does it take for you body to go in ketosis????

For me its about 2days then i'm in ketosis,my strength usually re appears after a week or two once my body is used to running on ketones.but then its plain sailing and good results.

Fat burners on a keto diet is a no no. Clen and Yohimbine are fine but no heat or anything similar at all. Your aim on this diet is to burn fat and not muscle so stay away from the fat burners, they will spike your insulin and cause muscle loss

guys, honestly ... I doubt u really need fat burners in the beginning ... You can burn alot of fat without it.

Im just impatient cos cardio is bor'in the hell outta me lol :laugh:

But like DJ said before ... Theres no substitute for cardio ...

Oops, i think i need to stay away from cutting diets and products for now, still not clear on it all. Need to read up and learn more. Im only clear on bulking coz thats what i have been doing forever :)

they pretty cool endomorph,i will tell u how they go when i am into my send-3rd bottle... juicy it does but not much,u will be fine,it says that cos some people get heart palpitations from caffeine and they do it to cover their asses...

When should cardio be done on this diet? Post workout or empty stomach first thing in the morning or after breakfast.
