Hey All
Im 3 weeks and 3 days into my keto diet, put together for me by the squirrel man ..
Ive lost 6kgs so far and 4% body fat so things are going well.well done and i wourked it out that u have maintained all your lean mass in that 4% bf drop.
I do my cardio almost every day for 30 minutes on low intensity and from monday will be including liquid clen and reverject into my cycle
Im already on 100mg test prop EOD and 30mg LP stanazol caps ED
I stay strict on my diet and weigh EVERYTHING I eat.
Im loving the energy from the diet.
My questions ....
1) Would a cup of filtered coffee throw me off keitosis? ( I only drink coke zero and water at the moment )
no it wont if u are having it with out the milk,black is fine with sweetner
2) I really want to increase my test so Im thinking of including 1ml of sus twice a week along with some proviron. Would this be a good idea? I have 6 weeks left to run the test.
Ive been on high doses of testoviron before and was fine - I love test
adding in sust might take a long time to kick in u could just double your test prop dose.
3) Whats the best way to cycle the clen and reverject optimize results?
well they are both fat burners that are not directly stimulants such as an eca stack would be so it will keep cortizol levels low with adding in some fat burning benefits... u will be fine
