Wtf wait two weeks before u have a carb meal, next weekend bro.u shouldn't be having more than 150g whey a day as it does have carbs in it,rather if possible use sps iso pro as there is virtually no carbs.in stead of having whey with your breakfast have extra 4 egg whites...if u are cramping in the belly it might because your diet is lacking fiber,u need to have 2 table spoons of colon clense from dischem twice a day to keep you regular, drop all the coffee with any milk,no milk for now dude....u might need to drop all peanut butter and nuts as that may be keeping u from ketosis and subsitute it for oils as there is no carbs in oil.

Black cat peanut butter (the yellow lid) has 16.5g carbs per 100g

I am using the WAR protein concentrate 6g carbs per 100g

I am gonna have a carb meal tonight, see how I feel

I actually checked this out at the shops today before reading this post because another member mentioned the black cat peanut butter (sugar free) was better than the yum yum sugar free. Well actually the yum yum was much lower in carb which I thought all along. Black cat is 16.5g carb per 100g but the yum yum was I think 7.1g (maybe 7.2) carb per hundred grams which is a huge huge difference

well had my body checked out and the results
My left kidney is having trouble, my liver, my large intestine, high cholestrol and Triglycerides.

and oh yes...the onset of type II diabetes........

So I guess I am changing my diet..........right now

I have lots of ideas. Trouble is, most of them suck.

thats kaka, but looks like you will still have to watch your carbs for the reason of onset diabetes. What test did they do to come up with the onset of diabetes assumption? Im asking because some tests they use for this are actually misleading and dont truly reflect on blood sugar levels and are often incorrect

I did the "pee on a stick" test
I was 100% two weeks ago when I did all these tests, now...not so good.

Um ok. Well I think you should go get specific tests done now to rule out the onset of diabetes II. there is a 4 hour test, its not fun at all, u fast overnight, they take a urine sample, u drink a very yucky glucose drink and they take ur bloods every thirty minutes for four hours so I warn u that it is horrible. It tests fasting blood sugar and how your blood sugar changes over time with respect to glucose. Some factors may cause the test to be misleading but compared to the other tests that are available its one of the most accuarte. i dont know the name of the test but the labs should know it if you explain to them what I just did. Dude, u cant leave this, the sooner you do something about it, before it becomes diabetes, the sooner you can take preventitive and control measures. This disease is no joke, it fucks your body up completely and is deadly

I can't see how two weeks on keto is going to give you kidney problems, liver and large intestines problems and cause onset type 2 diabetes. I'd get those results rechecked-2 weeks isn't long enough to do damage.

I dont think the diet changed you, i think the problems were maybe there and only became problematic after the diet. The diet may have even been a life saver, it may be the reason for you knowing that you had these problems and onsets that were just waiting to happen sooner or later and the diet just triggered them which will help you find out if there may be problems in the future

Yep, if the diet is the cause then you have some serious genetic predisposition that the diet has brought to your attention.
It may be something else like illness, but two weeks is short for such a drastic difference though!

Keep us posted bro, Good Luck!
