Glucose Powder

Ok so we all know it's imperitive to have something sweet after gym to release an insulin spike. So whats your thoughts on glucose powder mixed into your shake ?

I use the dextrose from Basic Supplements, just add a few spoons to my post workout whey

Glucose, fructose and galactose are all monosaccharides (short sugars)so any should do the job
