I'm new to the forum so just wanted to first say hi!
I've recently returned to heavy lifting after a few years absense and want to spend the next 6-8months cleaning up to go on cycle.
If you have a spare moment please would you have a look over and critique my diet, dont spare my feelings if I'm doing something hopelessly wrong
My current unfit stats are:

Weight" 90kg
BF: 14%

Meal 1: 350ml low fat milk, 3 large eggs (with yoke), 50g oats, 1x banana, 1tbs flax, vits (38g P, 68g C, 35g F)
Meal 2: 200g chicken fillet, 75g veg, 200g brown rice (50g P, 49g C, 8g F)
Meal 3: 100g Carb/Prot shake, 100g yoghurt (44g P, 61g C, 6g F)
Meal 4: 200g chicken fillet, 75g veg, 200g brown rice (50g P, 49g C, 8g F)
Meal 5: 250g Lean Beef, 200g brown rice, 100g veg (64g P, 52g C, 11g F)
Meal 6: (post workout) 100g carb/prot shake, banana, 350ml low fat milk, creatine, flax (54g P, 83g C, 18g F)
Meal 7: 250g chicken, Flax (54g P, 0g C, 21g F)
Meal 8: Whey (48g P, 4g C)
Totals: 404g P, 360g C, 110g F - +- 4000 cals
