Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forum so just wanted to first say hi!

I've recently returned to heavy lifting after a few years absense and want to spend the next 6-8months cleaning up to go on cycle.

If you have a spare moment please would you have a look over and critique my diet, dont spare my feelings if I'm doing something hopelessly wrong :)

My current unfit stats are:

Height: 6"2
Weight" 90kg
BF: 14%
Age: 28

Thanks!

Meal 1: 350ml low fat milk, 3 large eggs (with yoke), 50g oats, 1x banana, 1tbs flax, vits (38g P, 68g C, 35g F)

Meal 2: 200g chicken fillet, 75g veg, 200g brown rice (50g P, 49g C, 8g F)

Meal 3: 100g Carb/Prot shake, 100g yoghurt (44g P, 61g C, 6g F)

Meal 4: 200g chicken fillet, 75g veg, 200g brown rice (50g P, 49g C, 8g F)

Meal 5: 250g Lean Beef, 200g brown rice, 100g veg (64g P, 52g C, 11g F)

Meal 6: (post workout) 100g carb/prot shake, banana, 350ml low fat milk, creatine, flax (54g P, 83g C, 18g F)

Meal 7: 250g chicken, Flax (54g P, 0g C, 21g F)

Meal 8: Whey (48g P, 4g C)

Totals: 404g P, 360g C, 110g F - +- 4000 cals

bro if u are just getting back into lifting then cut back on the calories for now,too many calories and u will end up putting on a shed load of fat very quickly,also your macro's are quite out, 250g beef with 11g fat yet 250g chicken has 21g fat? uhhhh nope, if u want a custom meal plan with everything worked out gram for gram and exact then u can email me at EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED, also what are your goals?90kgs and 4000calories u are going to gain quite a bit of fat bro :)

Hi DJ.

Yeah, I was worried there were too many cals there. I'll trim it back a bit.

Ah sorry, I calculated the fat from the flax oil - thats what inflated it.

My goal is to put on 15-20kg+ then cut.

How much do you charge for a custom meal plan?

i cant discuss price on here thats the reason i said email me bro...

i think u need to re think this,at 14-15% body fat your body is used to storing energy as fat not in the muscle, i think u should cut down to 10-12% and then look at lean bulking,seeing your abs is a good start point cos if your abs disapear with adding in calories then u might need to cut back on the carbs as u are storing to much as fat and not enough in the muscles... your choice though bro..
