What would you advise the optimal amount of carbs for a 100 odd kg male looking for a clean as possible bulk section,for someone that is moderatly carb sensitive,other calories are at 1.5 / pro per lbs and 0.5g fats per lbs of bodyweight?

difficult to say if u are carb sensitive,its all about choice of carbs and timing really... u might need to re evaluate the protein and fats if u are looking to bulk bro... maybe up the fats aswell as protein.

Thanks,not sure if you recall,I am on a long cycle,I was overzeallous with my calories and gained to much fat,have taken a few weeks and been dieting it off which has gone extremly well on keto.I am almost at the stage where I can switch back to carbs,I was considering around 250g a day concentrating around training and first 3 meals of the day.

too much,start at 50g pre work out and adjust from there... adding to much to fast is gonna make u rebound

I use ssn waxy maize 20g carbs during workout I was going to double that,so add 50g a day for the first week,up to 100g a day second week etc till I reach around 200g to 250g?is it ok to up fats then from 110g a day to 150g and protien from 335g a day to say 370 odd to get calories slightly above bmr?

dude just go on how u feel, i would not just jump into it... if u are using the ssn cytomaise i would use 50g of oats pre work out and the 30g cyctomaise during work out, then add carbs slowely at 25g a week... see how your body reacts...

Many thanks,will do,have 2 to 3 weeks I hope to hit my goal bf,its gone really well with keto and lots of low intensity cardio,will then switch to carbs as suggested ,and drop the cardio to 2 to 3 short sessions a week mainly for heart benefits.

what cycle are u currently on? are u trying to bulk? if so cut the cardio out altogether...

Was trying to bulk,but I made 2 mistakes I started at to high a bf,which didint give me much room ,I also wasn't strict enough with my diet,and I piled on more fat,a few weeks back I introduced cardio and a keto diet to reduce bf,with calipers I am now 12 percent,my cycle is long and its pwg eq and pwg test enanthate,with arimedex.I will drop the cardio in a few weeks and switch back to concentrating on gaining clean muscle again,I am still left with sometime on cycle
