Hi all

I would please like some opinions/advice on my current diet. I'm 26, 93kg, about 12-15% bodyfat, 1.86m. I've been in and out of gym for last 6 years, been taking it seriously for last 3-4 months and have a good program Conan gave me. I want to stay under 100kg (for now) I want to build some lean muscle and shed some fat. (I know - we all do!)

Here is my current diet, please feel free to comment!

7am
Jungle Oats Breakfast Cereal
Proteien Shake
3 egg whites
1 Yolk
1 Banana/Apple

10am
4 slices of wholewheat bread
Ham & Cheese

1pm
Pasta (normal size Desert bowl)
Chicken (2 skin,fat-free breasts)

3pm
Babana/Apple whatever
Proteien shake
3 Egg Whites
1 Yolk

7pm
Pasta & Meat - Basically same as 1pm, normally try for some veggies or bit of red meat/venison (should probably use some Whey proteien as well?)

The proteien shake I'm using is Muscle Science Grow Extreme.

I also make myself about 8 - 10 peanut butter & Provitas "snackwiches" on which I chew during the day or a Oats shake I sip on.

The only other product(s) that I intent to use in the near future is ZMA,USN Gabba and maybe creatine.

I'm into sport but first compitition is only end of Sept. I would consider taking steroids if it boosted my power and had a effect till then but also dont want to test positive. I know just about nothing compared to you guys about that field. Can you please give me some advise?

Thanx

K, not to comment on what you eating, but you should eat every 2 - 3 hrs, and you should have a minimum of 6 meals p/d. Also, from 7 at night till 7 in the moring you eat nothing? 12 hrs your body has no food intake, yet it will still need energy and guess where it will start looking for that ...
You can add a meal before bed consisting of protein that takes longer to digest (slow release) and casein based or some fat free yoghurt and cottage cheese.

Sorry, just a quick glance and some comments

I would not recommend Meat before bed.
Also, do not see your pre and post workout meals either.
Search for the sample diet of MxT in the forums, it's a good measuring stick.
I will post another sample diet later.

Thanx dirkgreeff, looks quite do-able! One question though, does that diet fit my physical profile? With regards to my current weight, fat%, goals ect?

hey buddy only saw that u asked some qs now. The diet is roughly in line with ur stats, and the flax is regarded as EFA's (esential fatty acids)
