I would halve the carb but it depends if the carb powder is pure carbs, what carb powder is it? And how are u cycling the creatine? 5 g glutamine is fine, and another 5g before bed

You need some carbs pre workout.

ur post work out isnt bad,the only thing is alot of people think that the only meal that is important and is gonna be make u grow/maintain muscle is your post work out,its like putting an airbag in a car with no windscreen, doors or seatbelt, if everything else is not in place your post work out is uselesss...

I would say that pre workout is probably most important meal/drink as you do not want to run out of energy during workout and start using muscle as fuel that is for weight training.

Post meal suggestion is 10 rice cakes (high GI) and 50 grams protein (ON). Mix the rice cakes with hot water and chow that...food is fuel so who cares if it tastes kak:)

Glutamine is great post and pre workout, you actually can never have enough glutamine...however, I really dont think it will make a huge difference in the long run.

ummm saizen i tend to disagree with u,pre and post work out meals arent even essential if your nutrition is right... people can misread that and say oh shit ok i dont need to get my 6 standard meals in aslong as i have the pre work out meal... not the case... if you are not getting in enough calories through out the day u are not going to grow, maintain or do anything basically... when i do diet i do body weight x so many grams per macro, and devide by the number of meals in the day.. usually 6 or 7 the person could even train on an empty stomach the day after getting in all his meals with no pre work out nutrition and still have a good work out...as long as their daily nutrition needs are met... that being said your pre and post work out nutrition should be in place no matter what but also need to be in with in your macro nutrient count for the day.

All I know is:

I train in the afternoon and try to have 5 meals prior to training and one within an hour after training, these is no subsitute for a good solid meal. But shit I have been off the Glutamine for a week now and my body is so f***** sore I can hardly walk, exept for that nothing has changed, I recon that stuff really works!! That brings me to my Q:

Does the fact that your body is really in pain hamper your growth? I mean when I have warmed up and start my session I kinda forget the pain but during the day i can honestly not walk, I use Gaktec, Nitrox, creatine, and protein shake prior to workout and use to use L Glutamine but some supplier recons that Glutamine neutralizes the effects of the Nitrox, thus i stopped and now i am so sore but my strenhgt is pretty much the same??

Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in your muscles. It
makes up about 1/3 of your entire amino acid pool. The army has used a ratio of glutamine in the muscles as a marker for overtraining. It has also
been shown to increase recovery rate and growth hormone levels.
