you definitely making the supplement industry very happy.

*GABBA is useless in its legal doses.
* IMHO there is no need for BCAA with 60g Whey as a good Whey contains enough of thise
*Vitamine C seems a bit high?
*Glumatine seems a bit excessive?
*again IMHO no need for Amino Acids if you have a good protein rich diet.

Walk the plank!

Also why the SSN Anabolic? Thats like a weightgainer and only for the uneducated gym goer. Rather get your complex carbs from your nutrition and stick to your raw whey, eggs, cottage cheese etc.

More is not always better

bro lets say for instance u are trying to bulk, and u want to keep your bulk lean so u take in 100g of carbs and u take in 500g of protein... now your body might have a need for more than 100g of carbs.... so where does it get its energy from? it converts protein to carbs through glucogenisis...the only problem with this is say your body needs 50g of carbs your body will utalise 100g of protein to convert to carbs ( i am not 100% sure on that figure but what i can remember is from a study is that carbs convert to glucose at only 50%) so your body will effectivly be having 150g carbs, and now 400g of usefull protein... now thats a waste of money,u could take in 300g of protein, take in 200g of carbs from good clean carb sources and save a lot of money saving 200g of protein a day... so yes u can take in to many grams of protein...

Diet is on the right track. I don't like the 08h00 meal at all though :S ... Also think the SSN shakes might be negatively affecting the diet. Prefer to limit my short carbs to post workout only. Tablespoon olive oil over each meal is great.

I've tried short sugars at other times. I find that I have better energy for workouts running on long sugars from a preworkout meal and a shake both within in two hours of training. I do from time to time sip on short sugars and protein during workout, but I find this drastically reduces my natural insulin response post workout.

Hey sorry, I meant the 06h00 one, the one DJ mentioned with the bacon and cheese etc. It's cool to have every now and then cause we don't want to go mad, but I prefer better quality meals if you will.

But I don't like 08h00 shake as well I guess :P
I also use shakes during the day for convenience and to fit in meals, but I prefer to blend up some oats, protein powder, and olive oil. Its a better quality shake. You can use that shake again when you leave work before gym to fuel your workout with more long chain carbs.
