hey guys
I've got my 1st show in about 14 weeks time and wana start cutting soon.
stats are:
Age 21
weight 98kg (previously 104kg but dieted for a bit and now down)
bodyfat 18%
years training 7
currently eating:
1) 2 whole egss 2 egg whites
2 slices of low gi bread with peanut butter
2) 35g whey
1 wholeweat roll with peanut butter
3) 1 chicken breast on wholewheat roll
4) 35g whey
2 slices low gi bread with peanut butter
5)same as 3
6) 35g whey
do you think a keto diet would be best or a more balnced approach? Cardo? Clen? etc
any help would be much appreciated
