seriously self motivation,i decided to do a novice comp gave myself a year and came down from 132kg to 90.2 on stage sorry tried to post pics but my pc is playing games

i say you should spend a good few weeks planning your diet (1st), cycle (2nd)m including pct, and naturally your training regime.

Thats the way to do it ,just get rid of anything you cant eat.I always find it harder when my kids come ,when they go back to their mom i have to lock all their stuff away lol.i do find these nicorettes are helping at night with cravings.

well tommorrow is the first day of the new diet,its gonna be a good one to see how i look in a month,2 months and 3 months... only problem is i have to eat plain tuna...grrrr i killed tuna at 4 tins in a day at one stage when i first started dieting...anyone got anything that burns away taste buds apart from licking the hot plate on the stove ;)

jack,its called student budget :( and i think it does,i have an avid hatred for sea food and yet i am going to eat tuna...hmmmm things i will do for my body...it cant be that bad i hope...

ok well i have learnt the trick boys and girls, take 1.5tins tuna. add 1 table spoon olive oil, add 1 teaspoon tabasco...TADA!!! nice one... add there is some added comedy when u allow your cat to lick the bowl when its finished...mine didnt realise there was tabasco in it hehe....had to feed him some milk to kill the burn!
