Hey all,
I am hoping that someone with more knowledgeable on the subject matter of clean dieting, then myself, will help me out.
To make a long story short I have recently taken to gyming as I want to lose some(ALOT) of weight and I just know my "diet" is not right.
Basic Stats are as follows...
Height: 1.86m
Age: 28
Weight: 138kgs (yeah I know...)
Body fat %: 38% (virgin active reading... yeah I know...)
Gym schedule:
Monday: chest
Tuesday: Biceps
Wednesday: Triceps
Thursday: Lats
Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest
I am also doing 20mins of cardio a day but want to up that to 40mins.
I'm looking for a "detailed" eat xxx at xxx etc.
Lastly I currently take 90g of ON whey protein a day.
Should I have left something out as it so invariable happens please let me know.
Any and all help will be appreciated.

05:00 Gym
06:30 Whey shake
06:45 Pronutro (apple bake) or oats
09:30 Whey shake
12:30 Tuna or roll with cold meat
15:30 Whey shake
>18:00 chicken with some pasta
