Dave Palumbo Diet Video

I started on a keto diet two weeks ago that djeasye did for me. I have to say that the first couple of days was a nightmare and I thought I might die or something But after the those first few days passed I started to feel really good again and I now love this diet!

My diet is based on the Dave Palumbo Diet, so I thought of reading up on it a little. What I found was a nice video where the man himself explains the premise of his diet. Watching the video makes me feel even more motivated to stick to it.

he is not the first one to do this keto style diet,if u have lots of time read Body opus by dan duchaine, anabolic by dr mario di pasquel(spelling)ketogenic diet from lyle macdonald and there is lots of info online,i have been reading up on keto for now close on 4 months...lots of good finds,i am finding what works more and more every week...

I know Dave came to SA for a while and did alot of stuff with guys here. Does anyone know if there is a local distributor of his supps? Or should I just mail him on his website?

there are no local distributors unfortunantly i ordered some of his stuff from his site...what stuff are u looking for? his burners...rather use clen..

bro i didnt find them effective at all...its my opinion,wasnt worth the investment i paid...

Talking about Palumbo...Marius Dohne in the ME forums says he will be getting his last week preping done by Palumbo...Hope it does him good.

ummm palumbo is doing his whole nutritional prep as far as i know... he is going to be in New york for the last 2 weeks with him before the show so they get everything right...
