need a simple diet cutting plan was created by garra
Hey guys

Jus finished a 16 week test-E cycle (750mg/week). Had good results but put on a little bit of fat (i think im around the 15% mark at the moment following my last caliper check) Anyways, im planning to run a spring cycle this year but for now i want get nice and cut before i start my next cycle. I am going to do it naturally and will not be using any cutting agents such as clen, ECA or T3 or any other AAS compounds.

Will be hitting the HITT, at least three times a week in addition to playing indoor soccer at least twice a week.

All i need is a simple and effective eating program which will aid me in burning the excess fat. Muscle preservation is not a major concern.

Can someone please help!!

Regards

Garra

Muscle preservation is not a major concern. bro thats a stupid thing to say,the best fat burner around is muscle, the more of it u have the more calories u need,so if u are restricting calories and have loads of muscle u will need extra calories which will come from body fat to serve the body as energy, body fat is stored energy from excess carbs and fats,if u reduce those then u will start burning fat.. re adjust your thinking that u dont mind loosing muscle, whats the point of even going on a cycle if u are willing to loose the muscle u just put on? silly idea bro...

Thanks for the feedback their easye. I understand exactly what you trying to say and i think i may have been a bit ambigous in my question. I do understand muscle preservation is important, but what i means to say is, is that i wont be running any aas agents, such as var or prop, while on a calorie-restricted. I know that this is usally the best way to preserve muscle mass when cutting, but id rather give my body a break from all compounds for at least the next three months.

So my goals are basically going to be fat loss without any aas or anti-catabolic substances. Im just looking for a simple calori-reduced, high protein diet that will help me acheive these goals.

I know you are an expert on nutrition and any further feedback from u will be greatly appreciated mate.

Regards

bro u can diet without anything and still save your muscle mass, as long as u have your training right, your diet right and no to much cardio then u will be fine..i cant give u a meal plan on here as i do charge guys for meal plans so in all fairness i cant just hand one out to,that being said the meal plans i do are custom to each persons stats, not a cookie cutter method.

if u are doing a cut with carbs i would keep your carbs to 3 times a day,and i wouldnt do HIIT to be honest, keep it low intensity, the point of cutting is to maintain mass and drop body fat,now why do u wanna add extra stress to the body thats already stressed by doing HIIT cardio unless your pre and post cardio nutrition is that of your work out. keep the stress less on the body via doing minimal to light cardio than to try and do to much forcing the body into starvation.
