the only problem with chris aceto's view point is that his carb values can be to high depending on the type of person... if u are carb sensitive i wouldnt go more than 200g of carbs for a moderate day. he recons that 350g for a moderate day is fine which i disagree...i have tried dieting chris aceto's way of carb cycling and well ummm i got fatter and more bloated...u gotta work out what works for best for u,the nice thing with dealing with lots of guys in regards to diets i have learnt what works for 90% of the guys which is a winner :)

chris also goes for the high intensity cardio route and well i dont think that its such a good idea whilst dieting,HIIT cardio can and will probably send the body into overtraining unless the pre and post cardio nutrition is 100% right...but the the thing with carb cycling is u need to keep the carbs low gi as insulin whilst dieting is really a killer unless its post cycle for recovery and even then it needs to be minimal...

I agree, but with the diets that you give, do you also interpret carb cycling? I've read that especially on legs day that the guys seem to "carb load"

I know bulking = excess calories and cutting = calorie defecate. Do you think that by doing carb cycling you can still lose bodyfat and bulk at the same time?

i do anything dude, carb cycling or keto,it all works... it is sort've possible if you get your macro's 100% correct with the right chemicals,do that and anything is possible...i would suggest if u are doing carb cycling, i would do 3days low,1 day moderate,2days low,1 day no 1 day moderate with a refeed... that will work very well and keeps your body guessing...

u can have the higher carb load day on the day of training your weakest body part... so if u doing chest u can have a larger carb load that day if your chest is lacking...

Okay cool, thanx DJ

How would you describe a low, medium and high carb day with regards to gram of carbs per pound of bodyweight? And protein and fats per pound of bodyweight?

TIA

like i said,go on what your body needs bro... also dude i suggest u do 1 thing than the other, cut down to 6-8% before trying to bulk up...that way u know if u are putting on muscle vs putting on fat...
