My guess as well, but
it's not such a great diet unless your a cyclist training 3 hours a day.
Those guys eat an insane amount of carbs.

There are better diets around for bb.

shit 60% protein? wow hope u guys have the budget for that... i would say 60% carbs and that is a ton of carbs...i personally feel only certain people could pull that ratio off depending on the amount of calories u are trying to get in...

Never feel sorry for yourself... Even if you're training hard, he might be training twice as hard. You just gotta keep coming back stronger.

yes but Kai green eats 5800 caloreis a day,doesnt mean jack shit dude,if i ate that amount i would get fat and not look like kai greene,every body in the world is different,genetics are a major factor...what may work for some wont work for others and vice versa,all i can say is that 60% carbs is a crap load if u are not a genetic superior if u are eating over 2500cals a day,alot of people would get fat at 60% carbs over 3000cals a day...
