howzit
good to be back..

just to refreshen some memories i ran my second cycle last april time, a 12 week special
-test (sust/depo combo)
-equi
-through in some dbols at the start
-proviron
-slin

gains were good, crazy strength, looked crazy huge (at certain times like a balloon) in a shirt. note..in a shirt.

my caloric intake was INSANE. diet was shit....
eating alot, but all the wrong things, so with the slin i kind of blew up abit.
anyway ended off with a very strong pct, and then left off for europe litterally 5 days to a week after my pct was over..

went absolutely bonkers(bonkers isnt the word) in europe, diet..non exsistant...bodies environment was permanently a catabolic one i would say
:P

anyway landed back in sa, sick as a dog, broken, took a week to get back on my feet again, seemed to have kept funy enough all my gains from the cycle but trimmed down abit. then the bad effect of europe was...it made me lazy...very lazy... my training drive quatered, i was going to gym once a week at most, lifting rubbish, getting kno where and next thing i wasnt training at all..

now im pretty well kown for my appetite, i am definitely going to hell for gluteny :cheer: i truly truly live by eat big to get big.

so 7 months of absolute lazyness, i have packed on the lard.. not TOOO bad, but the gf is moaning haha B)

i am weighing about 97kg, around 16-18% bodyfat would be my strong guesstimate.

i feel little sparks happening again... :cheer: my insane training drive shouting from the bottom of the well!
mission...reclaim my spartaness, lose my tyre and not lose my breath when usig the stairs!

i have gained fat all over the body but MAJORLY the famous male tyre from the sides around the stomach and then under the chin...

i feel my number one most ultimate goal is my diet....
it is what holds me down..i eat..too much(for my activity level)...of the wrong food...at the wrong times(avo on toast at 10pm at night)

back in the day when i was at school, my life was training, i would walk to school, race buddies class to class, sport in the afternoon, gym after that and then social hockey in the evening with sister school. i was at boarding school, so walk or run EVERYWHERE, no clubs or house parties on friday nights, more like touch rugby under floodlights or gym with the budies. at the age of 16 i looked like a absolute machine, was weighing at 85kg at 7.7% bodyfat, strong as a ox and was constantly accused of juicing which was rather annoying because i had no desire in the world to juice then and the strongest substance to enter my body was monohydrate :).
but the big big reason i think i looked the way i did was because my eating was restricted...breakfast, lunch and supper was the same time everyday, there was only so much food to go around, which was very sufficient but not endless and easily accessible like now (jump in my car and go to steers etc, walk down to the kitchen and open the fridge etc). when we wee allowed to go to town though, i did go bonkers, every drop of my pocket money went to food and people couldnt believe how i looked the way i did with the amount of food i ate, i mean saturday night i would come back from the pick n pay, foot long chicken mayo, 2 pies, 2 packed sandwitches and a bottle of water. and then much later than night order debos etc. but then when monday morning came, the eating regime was back to strict school times. and life went on..

basically i am needing help to constuct a diet!
i remeber a LONG time ago when i use to be a avid reader of the forum there use to be someone who all the guys would refer any1 asking for diet help too.. like the diet pro :)

i am not planning on running another cycle ANYTIME soon until i am back into training solidly, decent shape, healthy and my body fat has dropped significantly.
where i will carry on my diet strictness into the cycle.

but for now,and a good time to come, some good old fashioned natural training and a awesome diet to get me back onto then horse!

hope to hear from you guys soon!

Welcome back! The diet pro you ask of is DJ.

If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.
