Skinless Chicken breasts

Where in Jozi can I find the cheapest chicken breasts (skinless), i'm looking at paying around R25 a kg

try foodlovers market in old jhb road spotted them around 29 a kilo hey , as well as very good deals on all other types of meat, just leave the halotest at home, its hellishly busy kinda like being on a sardine run and thats during the week

If ur willing to drive abit further, theres always dawood in boksburg also around R27/kg.

I drive out to Jet Park quite often for work, maybe I should stop there...

pump try macro in woodmead. Not sure bout the exact price now but do know they only have their chicken specials at woodmead.

On the west rand there's a butchery where its about ±R20 a kilo. My wife uses it as I prefer the fresh ones.

but www.ssu.co.za sells Supps SA whey for R2 a kilo less than LSJ...

And they ship for free. Which saves another R30.

I buy Glutamine, BCAA, Creatine, Fiber on top of the protein - dont see any specials there?

Did you notice the USN pure protein price? R220 for 908 grams! Idiots.

which is only 90% whey and 10% fructose hence the reason u are getting it so cheap.

apparantly Checkers is having a special on chicken breasts until this Sunday (pretty sure its this Sunday) @ R39.90 per kilo....

00pump the cheapest place I find is the Checkers Hyper..

I bought 10kg 2 weeks ago.. Dunno if the special is still on.

If you guys are anywhere near the East Rand, Dawoods has lots of good stuff going cheap.

I get my filleted and skinless chicken breasts at 5kg for R100. They are frozen in bulk, so it just means you need to defrost and separate them yourself.'

Also get my eggs from them. I pay about R140 for 180 eggs.

They also keep lots of other things like regular chicken pieces, and fish too.

Anybody here know where one can get tuna at a good price?

Dawoods is in Dunswart.

If you're travelling south along Atlas Road, pass the Standard Bank and then turn left at the Toyota Dealership. At the next intersection go straight across and Dawoods will be on your right. You'll then have to make a u-turn to get into the parking lot.

shot...whats the quality of the chicken like...no feathers and shit? Hate getting chicken that hasn`t been done 100%... :laugh:

You must also look out for chic breast at your local fruit veg butchery.they have the chic breast on special many times at R19.99 or R23.99 a kilo.the chicken they get is from brazil,so it is not the sa shit chicken!
