Nope, no feathers - you pay extra if you want those! Hehehe, that's the secret - eating the feathers will make you hyooge!
The chicken is good quality, I just hit it with some soy sauce and throw it in the Foreman Grill. I know some places inject a lot of water into the meat so you lose all that weight when you cook it, but I've been buying from these guys for a couple years now and so far it's all been good.

Saizen, I agree with you. I think people underestimate the quality of the locally produced products. For example if you get your water supply from Rand Water then your getting cleaner water than out of a Valpre bottle. Our production practises are better than most first world countries. So you guys are saying that you would pay less for chicken that has been imported from Brazil and not buy chicken that is locally produced?
Eish...I used to be a butcher, we used to import whole mutton from OZ, I tell you it was the worst stuff you could ever buy...this stuff (I wont even call it chicken) from Brazil, same thing, there is a reason you are paying less for it, gets injected with brine, not water to save costs. Brine is pretty siff stuff...it is NaCL, good ol table salt...
Anyways...I would rather pay a bit more for locally produced chicken.
