Tuna - Best places to buy? was created by acidkidsa
Howzit,

I am sure like many of you I love my tuna.

I buy my Tuna in bulk from Makro. They use sell it for around 5 -6 bucks a can..

It had now gone up to R8.00 and more.

Where does everyone buy their Tuna from .

Anyone know the cheapest places to buy??

Going to have to go hunting for cheaper cans...

The Spar up the road from me sells Tuna for R10.95.

Its getting stupid expensive..

Trade Center, Hyperama? They usually quite cheap.

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.

They dont have such alot of different Tuna brands compared to Makro...

prices were not good..

In Bloem, but the company I get it from is pretty much all over the country. The smallest they sell however is 20kg boxes ('bout R400 odd). Mate of mine works there, will get his office nr and post it. Where you?

Also know a lady who works at early bird farm and can buy from their staff shop.

There are a couple chicken farms that sell to the public around Mulderdrift area...

I wonder how much they charge...

But I can guess you have to buy a certain amount before they sell to you...

Not actually, they all have shops at the factory and early bird is one of them, look them up and you can buy direct if your prepared to stand in lines

@ Netro: can you give us a head up as to where / which earlybird farm has a factory shop?
Is it all the farms or only the processing & packing plants like in Olifantsfontein?
