Carb free, fat free sauces and food flavorings

Hi All,

Does anyone know where I can get fat and carb free flavourings and sauces, like those the americans use, here in South Africa? I saw sugar free caramel sauce and carb and fat free cheese flavourings on some bodybuilding dvd's. Any Ideas?

I only use Tabasco or Worcestershire sauce. That's about it.

Unfortunately, there is no demand for low carb products in SA.

When following Keto, i'll use Nando's sauce (pretty low in carbs and fat) and Hellman's Real Mayo (only 4g/100g carbs).

You could always order from overseas, Netrition etc.

anyone knows of a sugar free mustard sauce?

dijon mustard is carb and sugar free pretty much

i dig a little bit of bovril and chilli beef aromat on my eggs..does the job for me...

Hahah! thats exactly what im doing myself And i've only been on Keto for almost two weeks. Still trying to think of what to cheat on...

Thinking a Jonnys Chip 'n Cheese rottie! (Triple Chip, Triple Cheese with mutton gravy!) although, that might be too much :lol:

dude,i tried that,i got half way through and that was my cheat meal done,there is to much fat in that meal anyway,i will give u a run down on how a cheat meal should work but that amount of fat will slow down digestion and u will end up feeling sick before u have even touched a decent amount of carbs!!

My bad Hellmann's Real Mayo is ZERO carbs, whereas Kraft mayo is 4g/100g.
