This is the last 6 weeks on the cycle.

week 1-2ml eq sunday with 1 ml prop;tuesday and thurday 1ml prop;50mcg t3 ed;1 pill lava ed.

week2 - 2ml eq sunday with 1 ml prop;1ml prop EOD;100mcg t3 ed;1 pill lava ed;clen.

week3 - 2ml eq sunday with 1 ml prop EOD;50mcg t3 ed;1 pill lava ed;clen;var at 50mcg ed;winny 100mg EOD.

week 4 - 1 ml prop;1ml prop EOD;100mcg t3 ed;1 pill lava ed.

week 5 - 1ml prop EOD;50mcg t3 ed;1 pill lava ed;clen;var at 50mcg ed;winny 100mg EOD.

week 6 - 1ml prop EOD;25mcg t3 ed;1 pill lava ed;clen;var at 50mcg ed;winny 100mg EOD.

Ok, the clen,I read the clen usage and its this or that. please a straight answer,last time i used it,i was from 50mcg to 120 and to 40 at the end of 6-8 weeks. Is this fine?

Ok this was shown to a guy who have been competing for very long and he said its good. I did alot of research, wanted to ask u guys, but always scared u get thrown of the bus in to a river full of crocs.

If u dont understand anything,just ask.

I was on 14 diet, 7 weeks on about 2500 calories and only lost from 102kg to 95, which is good and got leaner,but not fast enough.
the last 7 weeks is high and low carbs,with low bein 100g crabs and 230 protein and 30 fat. High being 200g crabs and 250 protein and 42 fat. 2000 and 1500 calories respectively.

I train in the afternoon,weights the 10 minute cardio and the 4 times a week straight abs and cardio training at nite.

Im stressing a bit and just need good advice,pointers.
Open to ideas.
Im 175 @ 10 %bf and 92kg's at this stage. Dont lose weight easily. (u have seen the before...)

You're consuming too much shellfish. Crabs are not a good addition to a bodybuilding diet and can also be detramental to your health.... :haha

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

I'm not an expert but this is about when you want to start to incorporate alot of fish meals into your diet.

You also need to start cutting the shakes and only get in proper meals. I don't care who says what but it will make a difference.

What's your exact diet?

Lol, ok i meant to say carbs,not crabs. rofl. guys...damn..

-I feel really comfortable with my diet, its my cycle im worried about. Should i be on prop and winny and so on right up untill the show? My stuff is worked out till the thursday and saterday i compete.

In that you want to end your cycle two weeks before the comp and then get onto winnie + proviron. That's because if there's water retention you can get rid of it.

So i can do the var and winny up until the thursday?
And the t3,heat and clen i can do stil the same day as the show?
The prop i will stop then 2 weeks out.
What pct agents u guys think i would start taking 2 weeks out.
I want to do the clomid at 1 pil a day from 2 weeks out. Just hold the estrogen at bay for the 2 weeks. Im competing 3 weeks after that and then a week after that show and then 1 week after that show...

2weeks out drop any test prop,increase proviron and winstrol orals,add in 1.25mg letrozole run this till the day of the show,for 1 week add in test prop and then repeat process for the next 2 weeks before the next show,then 1week of prop and then start pct, do not use clen leading up to the show,rather use and eca/heat as clen can mess with the carb up and the eca will help with water dropping.

Ther we go. THanks alot man. I have 5 weeks left starting this week sunday.. Can i go go on the clen(50 pills-week 1@1 pill a day;week2@2pills a day;week3 @3 pills a day;week 4@2 and then 1 pill a day.) Short and sweet.
Will use the heat(sold the Lava). no clen last week.
and the t3 i will keep in at 2 pills a day the week of the show..
what u think?

unless u are taking something to up regulate your receptors i would go 2 weeks clen then move on to heat for two weeks before your show.it will help with water dropping.

Did my first show this year and came in 2nd in my class.
Was hoping for first,but owel. Is ther a way that the babyoil mix with the tan will make ur skin puffy?
Someone at the show gave me some babyoil and said i chould mix it with my tan. I did and it was easier to put on,but i wonder if it would have made my skin puffy...

I was pretty hard/shredded the morning and the night i went on, my six pack was hiding... the lighting was VERY bad and i was a little de hidrated,could this be a problem too?
If any1 has an idea please help,i got a big show in two weeks and really wana take that 1.
