What you all think of Cous Cous.
Bacchini Brand per 100g:

Energy = 341 kcal or 1448 kj
Protein = 11.3g
Carb = 71g
Fat = 1.3g
Sugars = 1.9g

it tastes a lot better than rice, is easy to make, but is it good or Poison???

well from what i hear about the stuff it is a refined form of durum wheat pasta,so i think it is a refined carb as pasta would be? off season i dont see why it would be a problem,but if dieting for a comp i think u best stick with potatos,sweet potatos,brown rice & oats

You are right about the Durum wheat thing.
I'm not trying to get into contest shape but I am trying to gain lean mass, even loose a little extra fat while I'm at it.

So I gues I'll stick with the potatos, sweet potatos, brown rice & oats,Yummy!!!!
I think the Eq is starting to drive, as I'm hungry all the time. I swear cardboard is starting to look tasty!

i am sure u are a resourceful fellow as we all are,get hold of duromine 15mg tabs from your friendly supplier. should kill that appetite...help u with not eating the whole fridge in one sitting

Man I still got my Equi hunger monster.

The amount of eggs and veggies I am going through is scary... Not to mention my run in with biltong pickled onions , chicken salads I end up slaughtering 3am when I just have to eat…



I would make a good waste disposal atm….
