So where exactly does 75g fat come from? Carbs post gym should be short carbs, not oats. Try substituting some of the oat meals with other carb sources (brown rice or sweet potato). Take out the fat free milk, you dont need it. Chicken can be reduced Im sure, add in some health fat sources, peanut butter and egg yolk. Anyways if u need help planning a diet, contact DJ under contact us, he'll design you a custom diet for a small fee

Raw chicken?? You brave!
600g Oats Raw??
There is not enough solid foods in your diet... trust me.. i would know from experience.
You need to get red meat in too.

Who designed the eating plan??

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

The oats is 300g that I divided into 6 that give you 50g per serving
the raw chicken is just the wieght before i cook it... LOL...
The oats is 300g that I divided into 6 that give you 50g per serving
They say my calorie intake must be 3600 and the reason for blending the oats is I cant eat that must pasta or rice. Im to bloated when I hit the gym.
Wil try to adjust it to get in more solid foods.

It's possible that he does cause he also consumes 250g crabs per day...... :haha

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

Try get in some good fats..
Almonds, Peanut Butter, Mac Nut Oil etc... this will help with the calories.
1g of Carbs and 1g of protein is the same calories...
Maybe use Dextrose in your protein shake after gym... might also help.

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

Iam not going to draw up a diet because thats left for the Squirrels of the animal kingdom to make;)

But sum up all of that with a few points of advise>

>Throw some eggs into meal 1.
>Change up your carb sources from oats.
>Put 40g of fast carbs into your post workout shake.
>Throw in 2 table spoons peanut butter during the day.
>Save some milk, water also works.
>Change up the chicken for mince and Fish occasionally.
>Have another serving of veg with one of your day meals.
>Change your ratio to 50/40/10. Protein/Carbs/Fats.
>Lean Mass- Keep the carbs clean and time them well.
>Nitro Tech is bloating you, sif protein, get Gold standard or some raw from LSJ.

And contact DJ to make a custom version that you guys can track to optimize results.

Peace
