Hi

I have been gymning for roughly 2 to 3 years and have wanted to do FAME compo for a while but i need advice on what to take and the specific requirements to knock out my competition cos im doing it to WIN.

Champ put your stats age, height, weight, BF% and ur current diet.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

4.4% BODY FAT

breakfast: 6 egg whites two bowls oats and raisins

9:00 2 bananas and 2 scoop fat and sugar free peanut butter

10:00 tuna salad no dressing etc

11:30 tuna pasta and weigh shake

1:30 2 chicken breasts pumpkin and sweet potato

3:00 tuna salad no dressing

4:00 oats before gym

after gym weigh shake

7:00 chicken and veg

Ripper was battling to load the pics for him self and i do know him so i helped him out.

HAHAHAHA yeah Spike bout time he got on the website.

He def needs to compete thats for sure just needs the odd tweak here and there on which i think people on here can help him with.

Monday: abs chest fourarms

Tuesday:legs and calves

Wednesday: Abs and back with mixed cardio

Thursday: Shoulders and triceps

Friday: quads and biceps

yeah thats what im at got it taken by lungi plummer miss universe however i feel i am higher but ive been tested twice and it cums out the same results

No offence but there's no way. I'm not the leanest guy on earth so I can't really comment but that's 1% away from Mr.Olympia BF.

If the quads and glutes are shredded then maybe hey.

No I am not, but I have a few competitive bodybuilders as friends. Just saying I've seen people with that low body fat. That's all.

You look good dude, no doubt about it. Diet you can probably get from DJ.

You can probably contact Jacques vd Linde for expert advice seeing that he is kinda built like you and does the same comps you wanna enter.

Be a professional in professional in what nogal? As Milktuds said, I'm not a pro but I've seen many many bodybuilders with higher body fat that you claim you have and they're then a lot leaner.

But I'm getting off topic now, DJ will be able to sort your diet and the members would be able to help with the cycle.

For Fame I would suggest a prop/masteron/anavar cycle at not too serious doses for anything from 6-10 weeks.

my recovery rate is not too bad and ive been given advice by professionals that it is necesary to break the legs twice a week if they have recovered fully.
