Tuesday:legs and calves
Wednesday: Abs and back with mixed cardio
Thursday: Shoulders and triceps
Friday: quads and biceps

No offence but there's no way. I'm not the leanest guy on earth so I can't really comment but that's 1% away from Mr.Olympia BF.yeah thats what im at got it taken by lungi plummer miss universe however i feel i am higher but ive been tested twice and it cums out the same results

Be a professional in professional in what nogal? As Milktuds said, I'm not a pro but I've seen many many bodybuilders with higher body fat that you claim you have and they're then a lot leaner.ripper wrote:

No I am not, but I have a few competitive bodybuilders as friends. Just saying I've seen people with that low body fat. That's all.
You look good dude, no doubt about it. Diet you can probably get from DJ.
You can probably contact Jacques vd Linde for expert advice seeing that he is kinda built like you and does the same comps you wanna enter.
