hi there

i would like to no how many different exercices should you do per body part.(using gear) and also should you be off for as long as you have been on a cycle ex. 12weeks on 12weeks of? and will it effect my ptc? if i make it shorter im thinking 600mg equi with 500mg testoviron and 50mg winstrol daily for week 8 to 12 for a total of 12weeks. what kind of growth can i expect. im also planning to get a diet from dj

Hey bud

I do 4-6 exercises per body part with nice and heavy sets. U can also look for max-ot training, if want something different. Alot of members use that style of training.

As for time off: cycle length + pct duration = time off

Can u give us some stats there bud?

i have been working out for years on and of but iv been off for 2years now i have always used sus and dianabols i tried testoviron twice that stuff made me crazy strong with good size. now i want good quality muscle with the right diet that why im going with dj

what do you think of my cycle and gear intake, what should my ptc look like? i never did ptc and always crashed hard, but like i say i wanna do it right this time around.

Hey bud

Give us the following stats:

Age?
Height?
Weight?
Bf%?
Years training?
Cycle history? "list all ur previous cycles"

We all will have a better understanding with these stats.

The cycle u laid out looks fine. Some would say to have the test higher than ur anabolic compound but alot get away with it(Eq in this case not a 19nor). Another thing eq takes long time to kick in, so if can make the cycle abit longer with 2 weeks and run the test 1 week past the eq. Total of 15 weeks.

Srandard pct consists of clomid and kessar. Have look at doctari's pct protocal.
