Is the end result worth it. was created by Minus_Human
Hi all this is my first post here..

I need some help with my diet, i've looked through this site and other sites but i'm still struggling to get the results i'm looking for.
We have guys in our area that will work out a diet for you, so my question is, is this worth looking into?

This is what i'm doing now.

M1-Oats Glass of low fat milk & MultiVit
M2-2 whole eggs 2 egg whites
M3-2 chicken breasts with veg
M4-2 chicken breats with veg
--workout--
M5-500ml low fat milk + orange juice
M6-dinner (low carbs high protein)
M7-5 egg whites glass of low fat milk

Now the holes in my diet are huge - im sure.

My Stats
1.93M
102KG
+-13% BF

By end goal is about 110KG with +-10% BF.
Once diet is checked i was considering
Evox 100% whey
Glutamine
Creatine+Animal Stak

Any suggestions?
Many Thanks,

u drink far to much milk dude, the lactose is high in milk and its just additional carbs. there are better forms of carbs out there than lactose like oats. u are also not having enough fats and carbs should be for breakfast and pre and post work out,the rest of your meals should be protein and fat meals with veg.

not essentially efa just more healthy fats, nuts, olive oil, macadamia nut oil, peanut butter etc... they are healthy fats that will help u,also stick to carbs that are grown such as sweet potato, oats, potato, brown rice, basmati rice. get your self a digital kitchen scale and start weighing out your food bro,u will need to do this to make sure you are 100% accurate in your daily calorie intake...
