I am currently on a T3 & clen combo as well a low carb diet. These are my current dosages:
T3 - ramping up from 20mcg ED to 80mcg ED and tapering down
Clen - 160mcg ED 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
L - Tyrosine - 1000mg ED after
I am also running it with a Var, Proviron, Winny cycle and I have not seen any muscle loss. I have actually picked up quite a lot of muscle already - which I'm trying to avoid. I have read that dosages of T3 must not exceed 100mcg ED if you want to keep your thyroid in check. This is my first time running T3 and I am a bit nervous about the suppression of natural thyroid function that is why I am taking all the precautions by not running it to long and doing thyroid recovery with L -tyrosine post coarse. Also can include gugglesterones which will help - see posts by Doctari and DJ on another thread.
