Ketostix and food preparation was created by STUARTF
What are ketostix? Are they used to indicate whether you are in ketosis? Where do you get them?

Also, I have a few diet questions:

- What is the best way to prepare meals for a day? Do you cook 10 chicken fillets in one go and keep them in the fridge for the next few days?
- What is the best way to cook chicken fillets - fry in olive oil?
- Same with veg, is it easiest to cook in bulk and then put in the fridge. Does it keep?

- What is the best way to cook chicken fillets - fry in olive oil?spray and cook and fry or grilled
- Same with veg, is it easiest to cook in bulk and then put in the fridge. Does it keep? if u are doing a keto diet becareful with veg,it contains carbs and can throw out of ketosis, rather stick to psylium husk as your fiber source as it is 100% insoluble fiber and doesnt digest and absorb into the body making the carb content null and void

Thanks DJ, do you not even have a bit of brocolli in the evenings while on keto?
I also forgot to ask where can I buy a food scale?

If you are in JHB, Fourways Mall Clicks currently just got stock.

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

@DJ: Should i also get Ketostix?
Is it safe to cook all those meals 5 days in advance?? It would help me ALOT, as cooking every night for supper and the chicken for the next day is just dam irritating.
I bought a vacuum sealer from Game, as i thought i might start cooking in advance, but i just wanted to know if it was safe??

Can eggs be cooked the night before???

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...
