greetings everyone,
i am preparing my self for next year to compete in under 80kilos novice or above 80kilos.. my weight is now around 80kilos+/- depending on when I weight myself. Not sure what my body fat is, but I am having hard time finding fat to inject mt2..
so my issue is when i stand up, i look incredibly lean and stomach muscles are visible. when i pinch myself standing you can barely find any fat on my stomach... but around the belly button there seems to be a little bit of excess skin??? when I sit down my skin causes it to look like I have fat roles? I noticed that alot of guys in the gym have pretty thin skin and when they sit down they don't have the issue.. even guys that are fairly fat! I am really lean and dont think it can be healthy loosing any more weight? unless I am mistaking? Is it fat ? some say its water? does water make your skin very loose?
Attached a photo of my doing a silly pose in the gym with another guy few days ago.... and another one from February in cape town..
Please guys, I have also been nominated to take part in a modeling well-known competition... so i am urgently trying to get rid of these roles while seated or bending over... Its hard to push out the stomach muscles when I squash them downwards the skin doesnt not look good on the belly button.
