Hi guys/gals

just want to share my transformation that i experienced using DJ'S diet and cycle advise.

In Feb this year DJ started me on a Keto diet which ended on 1 August 2010.At that time i was not using any cycles at all,just diet and supplements all recommended by DJ.In Feb before i started keto i was 93kgs 19% body fat,by June i was down to 76 kgs 12% bodyfat.vascular as ever can be ,six pack obliques all thick and exposed.towards the last couple of weeks of my keto my weight went up a bit to 78.5kgs (last logged keto weight),cause i started to put on some muscle but body fat still low.

On 2 August 2010 i started a lean mass diet from DJ and cycle,and sculpt gel and max ot training.Increased my calories and starting taking in carb.well im into my 5th day now and all i can say is "good heaven" im looking fuller,even more vascular and my weight dropped by 300gm.so basically im losing body fat and putting on lean muscle.still got 11 more weeks to go.

next week ill be doing a bf% teste so will keep url posted on my gains and fat loss.

awesome sash :) thanks for the progress report :) looking forward to seeing the results, the aim is the weight to get to 80kgs and the bf to get closer to 3-4%

Weighed in on Saturday,weighing in at 82 kgs,still lean ,vasuclar.my strength is gone up by miles.training max ot and just getting stronger

all i can say is that im losing fat not gaining on a MASS DIET so that definately means im on track :cheer: :) :woohoo: :woohoo:

Weighed in this morning and i lost 500gm from my last weigh in over the weekend.weekend i was 82kg and this morning 81.5kg.im on track

heres the latest with my developments.Im currently weighing 84kgs getting leaner but alot bigger.im leaner then when i was on keto but filling out nicely.doing my bf this week so will keep you posted.Met DJ last week and he was very impressed with my developments
